CHNG + CRW is a NYC-based small business founded by Christina Lee, offering wellness products and in-person experiences centered around community, self-improvement, and feeling good. The brand came to us looking for a strong library of content they could use on their social media accounts.

Our goal was to capture three months worth of photo and video content in a single shoot. We started by helping select a space that aligned with the tone and goals of the brand, then collaborated on a detailed shot list focused on showcasing each product in a natural, approachable way. In just three hours, we captured a mix of lifestyle visuals and product-focused content designed to support CHNG + CRW’s ongoing marketing and community-building efforts.
