By purchasing digital products or accessing services through this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing or downloading.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on this site are digital downloads. Upon successful purchase, you’ll receive access via email or instant download.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital files outside of the licensed terms.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file is delivered.

If you experience any issues with your purchase (e.g. file not opening), please contact us via our Contact Page, and we’ll be happy to help.

3. Services & Custom Projects

If you work with Pina Studios for a custom service (such as branding, design, or creative consulting), a separate contract or proposal will be provided and must be signed prior to project start.

All service-related terms — including pricing, deliverables, timelines, and revisions — are outlined in that agreement and supersede the general terms on this site.

Payments for services are typically handled via invoice or secure link outside of Squarespace.

4. Payment & Delivery

Payments are securely processed through Stripe or Squarespace Payments. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Digital products: Access is delivered immediately after payment

  • Services: Payment terms and delivery timeline will be outlined in your custom proposal or contract

5. Intellectual Property

All products, branding, designs, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Pina Studios. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Work created through custom services may be subject to usage rights, which will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. Pina Studios may showcase final work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pina Studios is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our digital products or services. All offerings are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in New York courts.

We may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
